TALK SERIES EARPHONE (TS1)

It has come to our attention that some users of Apple iPhones have reported an "echo" issue on the receiving end of a call placed with an Apple iPhone connected to a Westone Talk Series (TS1) earphone.  At this time, we believe that this issue is confined to the Apple iPhone 4 and 4S.  We have read online consumer reports of similar issues when using these version iPhones with other microphone headsets/earphones. Users of other telephones (e.g., BlackBerry, Android platforms) have not reported these issues with the Talk Series earphone.  For the above reason, we do not currently recommend using the TS1 with the current OS (5.0.1) version of the iPhone 4 and 4S.  We will update you as we receive further information."
